Can You Engrave On Anything?

One of the questions we get asked the most is "what all can you engrave on"? The answer to this question may vary depending on who you ask due to the different types of engravers out there. The short answer: most things.

The easier materials to engrave on with a laser engraver are wood, leather, cardboard, silicon, etc. These are the materials we work with the most often. They always turn out amazing results and there are limitless possibilities for engravable products.

Other items we can engrave include some metals, though we can only mark them using a spray as opposed to etching into them. Some rocks are also engravable, but these can be uneven due to imperfections in the rock as well as mineral deposits.

Some items we cannot cut/engrave are most plastics, foams, magnets and other items that release dangerous fumes.
